Service Description

Business Diver is an AI-powered company research tool that aggregates publicly available data from multiple sources and uses artificial intelligence to generate structured business intelligence reports.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All reports generated by Business Diver are produced by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. Reports do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, legal counsel, or professional guidance of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. Always verify important information independently before making any decisions.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Business Diver operates on a Bring Your Own Key model. You provide your own API key from a supported AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic). Your API key is stored only in your browser. When you run a research query, your key is transmitted to our backend server which uses it to call your AI provider on your behalf. We never store, log, or persist your API key beyond the duration of each request. You are responsible for your API key usage and any associated costs from your AI provider.

Fair Use

You agree to use Business Diver responsibly and not to abuse the service through automated bulk requests, scraping, or any activity designed to overload or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting and to restrict access in cases of abuse.

Limitation of Liability

Business Diver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated reports.

Data Sources

Business Diver aggregates publicly available information from the web. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data collected. Source quality varies and is reflected in the Data Quality section of each report.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
