Our Solution

Business Diver automates that entire process. Enter a company name and in less than 90 seconds you get a comprehensive 12-section intelligence report covering company overview, leadership, financials, products, competitive position, market opportunity, risk assessment, ESG analysis, recent news, sentiment, and an investment thesis with bull and bear cases.

Think of it as a modern Crunchbase alternative that goes deeper. Where traditional company research platforms give you structured data fields, Business Diver synthesizes information from 30+ sources into analyst-quality narrative reports with risk ratings, competitive moat analysis, and investment-grade conclusions, all generated in real time by the AI provider of your choice.

How It Works

Our research engine operates in three layers. First, it queries structured data sources including financial APIs, corporate registries, and regulatory databases. Then it performs targeted web searches and aggregates data from 30+ specialized sources. Finally, the collected data (typically 100,000+ characters per company) is analyzed by a large language model of your choice to produce a structured, comprehensive report.

AI Providers

Business Diver supports three AI providers: Google Gemini (recommended), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and Anthropic (Claude). There are two ways to use the service:

• Free tier (Bring Your Own Key): You provide your own API key, which is stored exclusively in your browser. Our backend uses your key to call the AI provider on your behalf but never logs, stores, or persists it beyond the duration of each request.
• Paid tiers (Managed keys): Pro and Business subscribers use our managed Gemini keys. No API key setup needed. You can still use your own key if you prefer.

Transparency and Limitations

Every report includes a Data Quality section showing exactly how many sources were analyzed, the total content volume, identified data gaps, and an overall quality assessment. We believe in transparency: AI-generated reports can contain inaccuracies and should always be verified independently before making decisions.
